Gitchi Gummi Trail Guided Hike

Join a Naturalist for this 2.2 mile guided hike where we will see stunning views of Lake Superior and learn where the name Gitchi-Gummi comes from. This hiking club trail is moderate in difficulty due to uneven- rocky terrain. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and wear hiking shoes and sun protection.
Meet outside the visitor center east doors. Canceled if threat of lightning or poor air quality.
Free parking is available the wayside rest parking lot.
