Learn to Snowshoe

Getting antsy for spring? Come learn a new wintertime skill and get some fun exercise by snowshoeing! Learn the basics of moving around in snowshoes with Naturalist Mic. Borrow modern aluminum snowshoes or go traditional with wooden snowshoes if conditions allow.

Most of the snowshoe will be on flat surfaces, but we will practice going up and down slopes (optional). Mic will also go over helpful techniques for snowshoeing while carrying gear.
